Your adventure begins as you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Enjoy a relaxing evening in this picturesque town before heading out on your safari the following day.
From Arusha, drive to the Eastern Serengeti, where Nanyukie Lodge offers an intimate base for exploring the predator-rich wilderness of this legendary park. Over the next four days, you’ll witness the Serengeti’s Ultimate predators—lions, cheetahs, leopards, and parks of Hyenas—in action. The vast plains and open spaces provide unparalleled opportunities to see these predators in their natural environment.
Nanyukie Lodge, located in the heart of this predator paradise, offers exceptional game drives where you’ll track lions as they hunt, spot leopards resting in the acacia trees, and watch cheetahs as they chase down their prey. Experience a true African safari with the lodge’s eco-friendly accommodations, sundowners, and guided bush walks for a deeper understanding of this rich ecosystem.
Continue your journey as you drive to the Lamai area, a region famed for its concentration of Hyena parks in the mix with other Ultimate predators. Ubuntu Camp is ideally located in a prime spot for big cat sightings, particularly lions and leopards, and it offers a remarkable base for exploration. Whether you’re tracking lions through the plains or spotting cheetahs on the move, the Lamai area delivers thrilling predator encounters.
Ubuntu Camp’s positioning makes it a prime location to witness nature’s most dramatic moments. The combination of savannah and rocky outcrops on the south of the Mara river creates the perfect stage for watching big cats on the hunt. This is a truly special place to experience the heart-pounding action of Africa’s top predators.
On your final day, you’ll say goodbye to the Serengeti and the Lamai region as you fly from Lamai Airstrip to either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Zanzibar for your onward journey. Reflect on the unforgettable moments spent with Africa’s most elusive and awe-inspiring predators.
For those wishing to extend their adventure, Zanzibar offers the perfect contrast to the bush. Relax on the stunning beaches of the Indian Ocean, snorkel in its crystal-clear waters, or unwind at your resort. Choose from the intimate charm of Zuri Zanzibar or the luxurious escape at The Residence Zanzibar. The tranquil surroundings offer the ideal place to unwind after your thrilling safari.
Your journey ends with a final breakfast by the ocean before being transferred to Zanzibar Airport for your flight back to Kilimanjaro International Airport. Relive your unforgettable safari memories as you head home, enriched by the majestic predators of Tanzania.
EXCELLENT Based on 4 reviews Fiona H2024-11-17Verified Adventure of a lifetime! Truly an adventure of a lifetime! Qamara was the most fabulous guide - his knowledge, kindness, and sense of humour made each and every day the Best Day Ever!!! His passion for the animals, the people, and the land itself shone through on every step of this journey! We absolutely adored his compassionate and giving nature - giving our leftover food to workers in the parks, helping out a stranded farmer looking for some water, and helping out a young worker at one of our lodges are just a few examples! We felt so safe and cared for - no detail was overlooked! Qamara is an incredible photographer and he was so generous with his expertise - giving us so many tips, making sure we had the best light possible for the shots, and taking some wonderful pics of our group! This really was a most magical life changing week thanks to Qamara and I could not recommend him and Sauti Africa Safaris more! You will not regret it! I can’t wait to go back! Susan C2024-11-14Verified Unbelievable! Sauti Africa Safaris was the experience of a lifetime! As well as being a lot of fun, Qamara and Dulla were superb guides and photographers. They were raised in this area and are the owners of their company, so no middleman was involved as in many safaris. They were not only knowledgeable about the animals we encountered but were also very passionate about the land and the people in the Serengeti. Drives were in the plains, more wooded areas, and even in the vast crater of a volcano which gave us a huge variety of animals in herds and smaller groupings. Lodging was terrific as were the meals. Highly recommend this safari company. Sara T2024-11-10Verified More than amazing! A dream come true !!!! Sauti Safaris is the best I have experienced! The guides have had years of experience, were very friendly and fun to be with, They were knowledgable about every place we went and we learned so much. As award winning photographers they knew exactly when and where to go for us to get the best photos ever !! We got close up pics of a lioness and 5 cubs, a cheetah stalking a herd and the aftermath of her kill and a great migration of zebras and Wildebeest. Sooooo amazing! Had game drives twice a day. Thank you Sauti Safari’s for our perfect adventure in the Serengeti and beyond !!!! Beatrice K2024-05-10Verified Highly recommend! Sauti Africa Safaris exceeded all expectations!
