BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Sauti Africa Safaris Ltd. Our commitment is to provide exceptional safari experiences through professionalism, transparency, and responsible tourism. These Booking Terms & Conditions form part of the agreement between Sauti Africa Safaris Ltd and the guest. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
Booking Confirmation
A safari booking is confirmed only after we receive the required 30% non-refundable deposit, issue written confirmation, and secure all requested services. Quotations remain subject to availability until confirmed and are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment Terms
• 30% non-refundable deposit required to confirm your booking.
• Remaining 70% due no later than 60 days before arrival.
• Bookings made within 60 days require full payment upon confirmation.
• Certain suppliers may require earlier payment, and these terms will be communicated in advance.
Bank Transfer & Payment Processing Fees
All bank transfer fees, including intermediary and receiving bank charges, are the responsibility of the sender. Sauti Africa Safaris must receive the full invoiced amount. Please include your booking reference and send proof of payment after the transfer.
Credit Card & Online Payment Charges
Payments made by credit/debit card or secure online payment link are subject to a 3.5% processing fee (or the applicable fee charged by the payment provider). Guests may avoid this fee by paying via bank transfer.
VAT & Taxes
Invoices will clearly indicate whether prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT. Government taxes, park fees, concession fees, conservation fees and tourism levies are subject to change and any statutory increases may be reflected in the final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
• More than 61 days before arrival: 30% deposit non-refundable.
• 60–31 days: 50% cancellation fee.
• 30 days or less: 100% cancellation fee.
• Supplier-specific cancellation policies may override these terms.
Changes & Amendments
Requests to amend confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability, supplier approval, amendment fees and any seasonal rate differences.
Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made in writing and are subject to supplier availability, applicable amendment fees and any seasonal price differences.
