A Collective Approach

Sauti is a Swahili word meaning “Voice“, and Our journey began with a simple yet a powerful mission of Being The Voice of Tanzania’s Wildlife, Its People and The Land, alongside with offering unique, responsible, and enriching travel experiences that highlight the true essence of Tanzania.

Our Story

Sauti Africa Safaris was founded by passionate Tanzanian safari guides with decades of experience living and guiding across East Africa. Years spent in the field gave us a deep understanding of wildlife, landscapes, cultures, and the people who call these places home. Our name, Sauti (Swahili) meaning “Voice” reflects our purpose: It’s exactly who we are and what we stand for, a megaphone for the communities, environments, and wildlife that define this extraordinary continent – Africa.

We believe that travel should be a force for positive change. Voice of the Wildlife

Wildlife is the soul of Africa. To protect it, we form strategic partnerships and active collaborations with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) on the front lines of wildlife conservation. Through our specialized photography safaris and conscious guiding, we teach communities and travelers how to appreciate, coexist with, and aggressively protect the incredible species that make East Africa a world-renowned destination.
