Itinerary Details

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and meet your guide. Transfer to your lodge in

Arusha, a town framed by Mount Meru and Kilimanjaro. It’s a gentle start — time to rest,

adjust, and prepare your gear.

Day 2: Arusha National Park

Spend the day in Arusha National Park, a compact gem with rainforest, craters, lakes, and

waterfalls. Walking safaris are possible here, giving you close-up shots of forest life and views

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire, known for its baobabs and elephants. The river valley draws wildlife in

Day 4: Tarangire Full Day

A full day in Tarangire. Watch elephants gather at the river, lions resting in the shade, and flocks

Day 5: Ngorongoro Highlands

Travel toward the Ngorongoro Highlands. The volcanic slopes and Maasai homesteads create

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater

Descend into the crater early in the morning. The natural amphitheater holds dense populations

Day 7: Eastern Serengeti (Gol Kopjes)

Day 10: Northern Serengeti

Day 11: Mara River Crossing

Spend the day along the Mara River. In migration season, thousands of wildebeest and zebras

Day 13: Scenic Flight to Arusha
